LICENSED: Demian S. Serianni, Esq. is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2001 and is currently a "Member in Good Standing" of The Florida Bar Association . His Florida Bar license allows him to provide legal representation pertaining to the laws of the State of Florida and the U.S. Federal laws, including U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law. Demian S. Serianni, Esq. is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA). EXPERIENCED: Demian S. Serianni, Esq. is a former United States Immigration Inspector with the legacy Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), now U.S. Customs and Border Protection within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security . In 1996, he graduated from the Immigration Officer Academy at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia. Thereafter, he worked as an Immigration Inspector in Niagara Falls, N.Y. on the United States and Canadian Border conducting primary and secondary immigration inspections of persons applying for admission to the United States. Demian S. Serianni, Esq. also served as an associate attorney for two prestigious immigration law firms in Central Florida from 2002 to 2005. During his third year of law school, he was employed as a law clerk for an immigration law firm in Virginia Beach, Virginia. EDUCATED: Demian S. Serianni, Esq. earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Regent University School of Law in 2001. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
