EB-5 INVESTOR’S GREEN CARD

1. Invest $1,000.000.00 or more in a new commercial enterprise anywhere in the United States and create at least 10 new jobs for U.S. workers per investor;

2. Invest $500,000.00 or more in a pre-determined “Targeted Employment Area” and create at least 10 new jobs for U.S. workers per investor; OR

3. Invest $500,000.00 or more in one of the pre-qualified “Regional Centers” located throughout the U.S.

1. Explain the specific legal requirements contained in the U.S. immigration laws that must be proven to qualify for an EB-5 Green Card;

2. Explain the immigration procedures for filing and obtaining an EB-5 Green Card.

3. Review investment plans and opportunities to determine if EB-5 Green Card qualification;

4. Provide recommendations for qualifying for an EB-5 Green Card; AND

5. Answer all questions pertaining to the U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
