EB-5 INVESTOR’S GREEN CARD
The EB-5 immigrant classification is an option for foreign investors to obtain conditional residence and eventually lawful permanent residence (green card) in the United States by investing $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 or more in a “new commercial enterprise” that creates employment for U.S. workers. There are three options to obtain an investor’s green card:
1. Invest $1,000.000.00 or more in a new commercial enterprise anywhere in the United States and create at least 10 new jobs for U.S. workers per investor;
2. Invest $500,000.00 or more in a pre-determined “Targeted Employment Area” and create at least 10 new jobs for U.S. workers per investor; OR
3. Invest $500,000.00 or more in one of the pre-qualified “Regional Centers” located throughout the U.S.
